Announcing the Women’s Competition Finalists

Negative Space Comics is proud to announce the Women’s Comic Book Writing Competition Finalists!

Our judges had the hardest time narrowing the list of semifinalists down to this finalists list — the stories told were unique, innovative, creative, well-told, and well-written! We can’t wait to see these comics out in your local comic book shop, because we know that they are ready for the world to see.

This competition is accomplishing the all-important Negative Space Comics mission to open doors for underrepresented creators. Our goal is to continue to open these paths, to give creators the necessary tools to grow, and to support writers working so hard to make it in this wild industry we love so much.

We are so proud of the scripts we’ve read. We will crown our Grand Prize Winner on May 4!
